Armenia is a landlocked country. Things cannot change on daily basis. I see only possible scenario where Armenia gets out of the box where it is stuck. Having a good relations with Turkey can be boosting for Armenia in terms of both economically and politically.

Ankara is pragmatic. I am sure they won't decline if Armenia seeks help from Turkey.

There is nothing "new" about France- Armenia relations. Up to a million Armenians live there. Also remember that France was the first country to recognize what happened between 1915-20 as the genocide.
