So just in case we want to invite people to review our articles here, to allow them access to this subfourm:

In the menu on the left you will see "Usergroups"

Click it. Then > "Manage groups" > "PoFo E-zine Editors" > "Manage users".

Add users at the bottom of the page. Do not "Set as default group", do not make them "Group leader".
