The following bill is being put forth by the members of SN-RF for consideration by the full house of parliament.

Voting shall run for three full days. Polls shall "officially" open at 18:00 pm GMT and will close on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at the same time. To reiterate, that is July 5 until July 8 at 18:00 pm GMT.

The appropriate voting parameters are as follows:

Aye: support for the bill.
Nay: Against the bill.
Abstain: Neither for nor against. (Per interim constitution these votes will be thrown out).
No vote at all: Counted as Abstention


Amendment to the Electoral Act, 2009

Renouncing violence

1) Any party wishing to participate in PoFo politics must publicly renounce all ties with any illegal organisation including paramilitary forces under the control of said party
b) Any party that refuses to do so shall not contest any election
c) Any party found to have ties to an illegal organisation shall be deemed itself an illegal organisation
