Not that I have a fondness of Landlords, but the guy reduced the rent and this fucker decides to kill him anyway. $200 a month is fuck all actually. If the guy can't pay it for whatever reason, just go through the legal route. I don't think this is manslaughter actually. There was intent to push on a flight of stairs. The prosecution should push for murder.
