Would there be such things in a libertarian society due to the idea that nobody has the right to infringe on your property (be it capital, property or copyright). My question in short is, How would lawsuits be handled in a libertarian society, and would it be handled differently?

Lawsuits would be handled much the same, to my knowledge, except that there'd be less laws.

I don't see a need for any change really.

Since laws in a libertarian society would only protect rights to person and property, then yes the number of laws would be lesser.
