As far as I am concerned, even though citizenship is bohemian right without obligation, it doesn't say anything about price system.

Meanwhile, constituents may be criminals (basically, everybody but a policeman's woman (unless she buys Das Kapitas and decides to vote)).

Citizenship is a privilege granted by the government.

Note the UK can take it away without informing its former citizens.

The Nationality and Borders Bill allows for the Home Office to deprive someone of their citizenship without prior notification.
