Obama might be an exeption to this but he inherited the great recession so... He at least fixed the economy which Trump is living of right now. ( Plus Trump did a bit of tax cutting but the effects of those tax cuts have mostly disappeared now)

Fin, the new wealth has not trickled down to the vast majority of the 60% of workers who are making $40,000 a year or less. The new wealth is being siphoned off to the top tiny percentage.
