Now, now. If the brave people of Sevastopol can come out with 130% in favour of “returning” to Mother Muscovy , why can’t Muscovites as a whole also outdo themselves with 112% voter turnout?

Those numbers are totally inaccurate, there is no way that putin won't get any less than 300% of the votes
