I see that trans rights are intrinsically tied into access to health care, being able to access proper ID to cross borders legally and safely, a recognition of how colonialism has impacted non-European cultures around the world, police brutality, sexual assault, and the ongoing genocide against Indigenous people here in Canada.

So, if you wish to convince me that trans rights are not consistent with socialism, then please begin by providing an explanation as to why everyone in a social society should get healthcare except trans people.

Let us move on to the next thing: migrant labour. Having a passport and other official documents with the gender you are now (as opposed to the gender assigned at birth) would make it possible to cross a border legally, so one would not have to use illegal methods with all the risks that implies. So, trans rights are also intrinsically linked to the free movement of labour.
