A large landing ship, named the Minsk, and a submarine, called the Rostov-on-Don in dry dock have been damaged by the Ukrainian missile strike. Both vessels will be fully repaired and continue in normal service. It was in an area where ships were undergoing repairs. Meanwhile, Russian drones reportedly damaged the Ukrainian grain port of Izmail, on the Danube river, damaging port and other civil infrastructure.

"The strike killed at least 36 " people " , more than half of them officers."
