I wonder, how do you see the future of the Shangai Cooperation Organization? What are possible future members (exept those who have observer status today) in your opinion? What would it look like in 3-5 years? Is it a serious response to NATO expansion of Asia? Is it possible that SCO will become a new Eastern Block and its confrontation with NATO will lead to a new cold war? So, any thoughts about this Sino-Russian-Central Asian union...
