Orwell got his subjectives and objectives in a muddle when he spoke of the pacifist being "objectively" pro-Nazi in WWII.
In fact, though the pacifists may be seen as pro-enemy by the SUBJECTIVE hawks, they are in fact objectively pro-nobody in a given conflict. "You're either with us or against us" doesn't cut any ice.
