I don't know how to get clearer text...do you have any ideas for sharper text? Maybe it's the anti-aliasing I have turned on?

You could try weaker AA, but I think due to the very curvy font it would then look too blocky. If you think it should be clearer then maybe try slightly increasing the font size whilst maintaining the ratio between top and bottom margins of the text to the red box.
