Gerry Conlon died today aged 60. He was one of the Guilford four and had spent 15 years of his young life imprisoned at her Majesty's pleasure for a crime he did not commit. While he may have only served 15 years it was effectively a life sentence.

First heard about him as a youngster from the movie "In The Name Of The Father". His father also had a problem with his lungs, if I remember correctly.
