I really hope this works out. Beijing is a really cool place. I've personally been about 20-30 times, but it really is hard to get past the pollution. When you can only see half the forbidden city from the lookout hill, you know something is wrong. One of the benefits of living in Tianjin was being able to enjoy Beijing without being IN Beijing. Of course, we determined whether a day was "mask day" by whether or not we could see the Tianjin TV tower. Damn the North.
